1. No Refunds or Returns on Print-on-Demand Items

Due to the custom nature of POD products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for orders unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at help@kwbooks.rehobothdigital.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide a detailed description of the issue and include clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
• We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after purchase and sent for production. As a result, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure that all order details, including shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address or Customer Errors

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved due to a defective or damaged item, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
